How do you pay?

Thank author of this post/comment, prepaid cell: Tigo: Lights are on, but nobody's home!I've always through that the key to a successful business is being able to easily get money from your customers. I find that seems to be an exercise in frustration for me sometimes. I wonder what the shareholders would think!

Various times I'm gone to the mall to add some money to my prepaid Tigo account only to find there is no cashier. No way to add money. No way to increase revenue for Tigo.

Sure, I can find another place, but why shouldn't the convenient place with Tigo's name plastered all over it be ready, able and willing to take my money?

Of course, another option is not to seek out a different place to pay Tigo, but to seek out a different carrier that is ready, willing and able to take my money!
